About Coram Deo Wellbeing
Coram Deo Wellbeing reflects my own personal approach to better wellbeing.
Over the past five years I have worked as a fitness instructor also receiving certification in meditation and mindfulness. However as life has unfolded, I have discovered, that many of the programmes I designed were flawed as they lacked a true sense of hope and peace.
I am now dedicated to nurturing holistic health through the undeniable truth that inner wellbeing starts with living before God.
Inspired by 1 Timothy 4:8, which reminds us that "physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things,"
Coram Deo Wellbeing's mission is to cultivate a balanced approach to life that prioritizes the soul, nurtures the mind, and enhances the body.
Carefully structured programmes cater to individuals at every stage of their journey, whether you are newly exploring faith and fitness or are already deeply rooted. With a focus on community and connection, providing engaging daily devotionals designed to inspire and guide you, as well as regular meetups that foster relationships and support.
Free monthly worship workouts have been a great success and I am looking forward to continuing these.
I will also be arranging unique "Creation and Inspiration Walks"—providing the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature while reflecting on life's profound questions. These trips and gatherings are designed to be inclusive, enabling individuals of all ages and backgrounds to come together and share experiences, perspectives, and encouragement.
